Currently, we are supporting Thiess Contractors Indonesia
in supplying their needs in concrete and other construction
materials. In addition, we have supplied timber (Merbau
Wood Type), in relatively small quantity, to Thiess
Contractors Indonesia. For timber, we have successfully
developed a good relationship with local community.
Feel responsible for community development, we have
provided capital to local community organization (Koperasi).
This capital is being used to finance Koperasi’s
operational activities and to open new opportunities
for local people.
With the high standard requirement from Thiess Contractors
Indonesia, we have supplied top quality of materials,
which include sand, aggregate, crushed stone, lime stone,
and stone pebbles with different size and specifications.
Equipped with our own tug boats and barges, we have
successfully delivered these materials on time and fit
with Thiess’ time constraint.
Our materials have been tested independently by University
of Indonesia and approved by Calmarine, which currently
is BP and Thiess’ official tester. Furthermore,
our quality control department, is randomly checked
these materials prior to shipment. Samples are taken
from the barge, tested, and reported to our project
manager for approval. By doing this, we can ensure the
quality of our materials. |
| On December 2003, we have been trusted by PT. Petrosea
Indonesia to support their project in Jelamuk, Kalimantan.
Due to tough condition in Jelamuk area, recently our survey
teams inspected the river, the jetty, and weather condition
in Jelamuk area. We have supplied thousands of cubic meters
of high quality infiltrate sand. |
| We are expanding our aggregate quarry to Purwakarta,
West Java. Due to the high demand of aggregate, we are
planning to open a new quarry in Purwakarta. Currently,
our drill and survey team are surveying the area, mapping,
and inspecting the deposit of Purwakarta location.

| Under PT. Sebuku Iron
Lateritic Ores, the group has expanded to iron ores
mining. With the concession more than 9000 ha in
Sebuku Island and a few thousand ha in Tanalang Mountain,
PT. Sebuku Iron Lateritic Ores is striving to be the major
player in regional iron ores market. After more than
5 years of exploration, in December 19, 2004, we finally
mobilized and started the exploitation in Sebuku Island,
South of Kalimantan. The exploration in Tanalang
Mountain is still progressing and we are expecting to
complete the final phase by the end of 2004. For further

With millions of cubic meters in deposit, we are planning
to open a new sand quarry in Tanggerang, West Java.
Currently we are working with local government official in permit, licenses, and
other paper works. Late July
2004, we are planning to send a survey teams to inspect
the location, and preparing for land clearing and other
necessary works.

Started this project to
exploit sand, aggregate and other stone products quarry
in early 1998. Since then, we have only exploited 30% of
the territory owned. We are equipped with hundreds of
heavy machineries and automatic production machines.
Total capacity: more than 2500 m3 per day.

Are one of the
biggest sand and rock mine in Jawa Barat and our
products have been used in all JABOTABEK area by contractors, ready-mix, wholesalers, and retailers.

Expanded to limestone mining
and processing industry since mid-June 2001. Capable to
produce different sizes of limestone, we are also
building the biggest and the first modern limestone
processing facilities in Indonesia. With technology of
rotary kiln, we process the limestone into Pebble
Lime/Quick Lime and Hydrated Lime. |
